Responsibilities

Collaborate with Advisers to produce high-quality suitability reports, review documents, and technical research.

Conduct cashflow modelling, investment analysis, and product research using tools like Intelligent Office (IO) and Genovo.

Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing correspondence and attending meetings as needed.

Provide administrative and technical support for group pensions and benefits.

Ensure accurate processing of new business applications, provider communications, and policy administration.

Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.

Work cross-functionally with administrators and compliance teams to ensure documentation is accurate and timely.

Assist in organisational projects, system improvements, and process optimisation initiatives.
Requirements

Experience in a Paraplanning or Financial Planning Support role.

Part-qualified: Working towards Level 4 Diploma (CII, LIBF, or equivalent).

Proficient with Intelligent Office (IO) and financial planning software (e.g., Genovo).
