The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Wealth Management Administrator on behalf of our client. This role will support Financial Advisers with all aspects of client servicing, new business processing, and platform-based administration.
It is ideally suited to someone with a background in IFA administration who enjoys working across multiple systems and managing the end-to-end client journey.

Responsibilities
- Process new business applications and top-ups across provider platforms, ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Maintain and update back-office/CRM systems with accurate client data and documentation
- Manage platform transactions including fund switches, fund purchases/sales, and client withdrawals
- Liaise with providers and platforms to progress and track cases
- Support platform migration activity, including asset transfers between providers
- Prepare client review packs and documentation for adviser meetings
- Book client review meetings and manage adviser diaries
- Obtain information from third-party providers via telephone and online systems
- Handle inbound calls and provide administrative support across the wider team
- Assist with ad hoc operational and administrative projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and platform-based products
- Experience processing new business and ongoing servicing cases
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/back-office systems
