WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT

  • Warm client bank from day one — a starting client bank is provided. The firm has generated all new business for its adviser to date, their lead flow is proven
  • Pathway to Chartered status (CII) — full support to achieve individual Chartered status; the firm itself holds Chartered accreditation
  • No initial charge — one of only a handful of UK firms offering financial planning with no upfront fee, removing the most common barrier in client conversion
  • Truly independent — no consolidator — privately owned with no plans to sell; your equity, your clients, and your career are not subject to someone else's exit strategy
  • High-value client base — average client AUM exceeds £750,000; complex, meaningful financial planning from the outset

THE ROLE

  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice to a warm and growing client bank
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and their families across all key life stages
  • Conduct cashflow modelling and regular financial planning reviews
  • Work towards Chartered Financial Planner status (CII) with full firm support
  • Contribute to the firm's strong reputation for client outcomes and independent reviews
  • Self-generation of new business is welcomed and rewarded — but not a requirement

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent) — Level 6 desirable but not essential
  • Genuine passion for financial planning as a profession and client outcomes
  • Motivated to progress toward Chartered status and ongoing CPD
  • Attracted by real equity participation and building long-term value in an independent firm
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client trust
  • Experience with cashflow planning tools such as Voyant or CashCalc is advantageous
