Financial Adviser – London | Hybrid | Up to £90,000 Base + OTE £130,000+ | Leads Provided & Full Support  

 Working pattern: Hybrid — minimum 2 days per week in the London office

Lead model: High-quality leads provided — no cold prospecting

 

A growing, independently authorised financial planning firm based in London, are recruiting Financial Advisers with CASS, who want genuine lead support, a clear runway to build a substantial client bank, and a long-term home where their career compounds over time.

This is not a role where you are handed a job title and left to figure out the rest. The firm provide a structured pipeline of high-quality leads, the technology to work efficiently, and a support infrastructure that removes the administration burden so you can focus entirely on clients.

The earnings potential here is real and proven. Partners in the business who joined on the same model have built their client banks over five years and are now servicing the clients they have onboarded from the leads generate — taking home over £300,000 a year. That is not a projection. That is what happens when an adviser with the right skills is given the right support and stays the course.

 

 

WHAT THE FIRST 24 MONTHS LOOK LIKE

The team enable advisers to build a client bank of £20 million AUM within 28 months. They have the lead flow, the technology, and the paraplanning and compliance support to make that achievable for an adviser who is focused, client-centric, and consistent.

 

After that, the model shifts. You are no longer building — you are servicing and growing a book of clients who trust you and return. The income becomes increasingly recurring. The partners who have been here five years are the proof of concept.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Advising a growing client bank on holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, tax, and estate planning
  • Managing a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the business — no cold calling or self-sourced prospecting required
  • Building long-term, trust-based client relationships that generate referrals and recurring revenue over time
  • Working closely with in-house paraplanners, compliance, and technology teams to deliver an efficient and high-quality client experience

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Required:

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII DipPFS, CISI or equivalent) — essential
  • Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
  • Experience delivering regulated holistic financial advice to retail clients
  • Strong client relationship and communication skills — face-to-face advice is central to
