Unlike many advisory roles focused purely on self-generation, this position offers a genuine blend of existing clients, centrally generated opportunities, and the autonomy to continue building your own client bank over time.
You will be supported by a full paraplanning and administrative team, allowing you to focus on what you do best — advising clients, developing relationships, and growing revenue.

The Role
You will provide holistic financial planning advice to both existing and newly acquired clients across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and estate planning.
The role will involve:
- Managing and developing an existing client bank
- Building long-term relationships with clients and professional introducers
- Growing assets under management and recurring revenue
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Delivering seminars, events, and client engagement activities
- Developing relationships with solicitors, accountants, and other professional connections
- Working closely with paraplanners and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience
Candidate Profile
We are looking to speak with advisers who are:
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
- CAS and SPS compliant
- Proven in developing new business and growing client relationships
- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach
- Passionate about delivering high-quality financial planning advice
- Strong communicators who can build trust with clients and introducers alike
