Are you ambitious, commercially minded and looking to build a long-term career in financial advice?

We're recruiting on behalf of one of Yorkshire's leading wealth management firms. With an established client base, a highly experienced advisory team and a genuine commitment to developing future talent, this is an exceptional opportunity to become a Financial Adviser through a fully supported training programme.

This isn't a role where you'll spend years waiting for an opportunity. You'll receive structured mentoring, professional development and hands-on client exposure from the very beginning, giving you everything you need to build a successful career in wealth management.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll develop the technical knowledge, client relationship skills and commercial awareness needed to become a trusted adviser.

You'll follow a structured development programme designed to help you achieve Competent Adviser Status (CAS), while gaining practical experience through client meetings, financial planning discussions and ongoing mentoring.

As your experience grows, you'll begin taking responsibility for your own clients while continuing to build your own portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Attend client meetings alongside experienced advisers

  • Learn how to deliver holistic financial planning advice

  • Work towards Competent Adviser Status (CAS)

  • Study towards your Level 4 Diploma (if not already achieved)

  • Build lasting relationships with clients

  • Manage client reviews and maintain accurate records

  • Develop into a confident, client-facing Financial Adviser
