Ready to step into advice but not sure where you'll get the support?
This is your chance to move into a Financial Adviser role with clarity, structure, and full backing. Whether you're a senior paraplanner, associate planner, or technical consultant ready for your own client bank — this is where your next chapter starts.

About the Role
We’re working with a rapidly expanding London-based wealth planning firm that’s changing the game for financial advice accessibility. Founded by an experienced planner determined to do things differently, the business has grown fast — building a loyal HNW client base and a standout reputation for values-led advice.

Now, they’re looking for someone technically excellent who’s ready to transition into a client-facing advisory position within 12–18 months. This role blends hands-on planning work with exposure to clients, strategic input, and full support to become a trusted adviser in your own right.

Why This Firm?
You’ll be joining a tight-knit, driven team where ambition is matched by support. It’s a culture built on energy, trust, and shared success — not hierarchy. You’ll work directly alongside the founder, benefit from structured mentoring, and have clear, achievable milestones toward full advisory status.

  • Prepare high-quality financial plans and reports across pensions, investments, tax and protection

  • Take on increasing levels of client responsibility as you progress
  • Play a hands-on role in developing internal processes and mentoring junior staff
