The successful candidate will begin in a paraplanning-focused role, gaining in-depth exposure to the technical foundations of financial advice, before progressing into a client-facing advisory position within 24 months.

Key Responsibilities
- Initially, the role will focus on technical and paraplanning excellence, including:
- Writing suitability reports and supporting multiple advisers
- Conducting research, fund selection and product comparisons
- Completing replacement business and technical documentation
- Gathering client information and supporting fact-finds
- Engaging with the next generation of existing clients (e.g. protection, mortgages)
- Over time, the role will evolve into:
- Client meetings and advisory responsibilities
- Managing your own client relationships
- Generating and converting new business with firm-provided leads
This opportunity would suit someone who is:
- Experienced in financial services and holds the Level 4 Diploma
- Currently working in paraplanning, technical admin or adviser support
