Your Role: Key Responsibilities

 

While initially focused on Paraplanning, you will progressively take on more client-facing responsibilities, including:

Writing suitability reports and financial planning documents

Conducting research and calculations to support client recommendations

Ensuring all documentation is compliant and technically accurate

Liaising with providers to obtain illustrations, valuations, and policy details

Submitting new business efficiently and within agreed timescales

Supporting colleagues and contributing to team learning and development

Following structured workflows and a CPD/T&C programme aligned with FCA expectations

Embodying Consumer Duty principles in all aspects of your work

By the end of your training journey, you’ll be positioned to advise clients independently, delivering holistic, values-driven financial planning that truly changes lives.

 

What We’re Looking For

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (completed or near completion)

Experience in a Paraplanning role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisation

A client-first mindset and a genuine desire to make a difference
