What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis into client circumstances and objectives
  • Develop and maintain lifetime cash flow models
  • Record accurate data and financial assumptions to support sound recommendations
  • Build tailored financial planning strategies spanning investment, retirement, tax, and estate planning
  • Use technical tools and software to model and test solutions
  • Draft clear, client-centric recommendation reports and suitability letters
  • Own the entire advice file and ensure back-office systems are meticulously updated
  • Prepare comprehensive annual and ad-hoc client reviews
  • Update cash flow projections and track investment performance
  • Produce visual and written reports to support client discussions
  • Support advisers in client-facing interactions and strategic planning

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma qualified (Level 4) Paraplanner – ideally working towards Chartered
  • Paraplanning experience within an IFA or Wealth Management environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax, and estate planning
  • Proficiency with cash flow modelling tools (e.g. Voyant, CashCalc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
