Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 DOE + Bonus + Full Benefits Package
The Role
- The SSAS Client Account Manager will manage a portfolio of SSAS schemes, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients while supporting the wider pensions team. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing new SSAS arrangements and managing takeovers from other providers
- Processing contributions, loan backs, property transactions, and benefit payments
- Producing calculations for borrowing, tax-free cash, drawdown, and death benefits
- Coordinating with legal, financial, and compliance teams to ensure accurate documentation
- Preparing annual reviews, valuations, and bespoke reporting packs for client meetings
- Ensuring all client records and activities are kept up to date using sector-specific systems

The ideal candidate will have:
- Pensions experience or worked in a client servicing role in an IFA or Investment firm
- Strong technical understanding of pension legislation
- Confident communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face settings
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage workloads independently and as part of a team
- Candidates working toward or holding CII qualifications are strongly encouraged.
