As Paraplanning Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing paraplanning team supporting Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client outcomes. You’ll be pivotal in driving quality, consistency, and operational efficiency across the paraplanning function—while also mentoring junior team members and shaping best practices.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of paraplanners, ensuring a high standard of output
- Oversee workflow, capacity planning, and team performance metrics
- Ensure suitability reports and research meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisers to support complex client cases
- Lead on recruitment, training, and development within the paraplanning team
- Act as a key point of contact for technical queries and policy implementation
- Contribute to continuous improvement in operational efficiency and client experience
Requirements
- Diploma Level 4 Qualified (Level 6/Chartered desirable)
- Proven experience as a Senior Paraplanner or Paraplanning Manager
- Deep understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and suitability report writing
- Skilled in managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and analytical skills
- Experience using financial planning software (e.g., Intelligent Office, Voyant, FE Analytics)
