Location: Lingfield, Surrey
Salary: Up to £50,000
Level: The firm is now seeking a Level 4 Qualified, experienced Paraplanner to join its technical team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys:

- The successful candidate will be trusted with responsibility, actively involved in the advice process, and treated as an integral part of the firm — not a back-office function.
- Supporting advisers in delivering a holistic financial planning service
- Producing high-quality suitability reports and technical documentation
- Undertaking detailed product, fund, and strategy research
- Analysing full client financial positions using fact-finds and adviser input
- Assisting with annual reviews and ongoing client servicing
- Implementing agreed investment and planning strategies
- Liaising with product providers and platforms
- Preparing documentation and information for client meetings
- Ensuring all work meets regulatory standards and Consumer Duty requirements
To be considered:
- Level 4 Diploma qualified
- Previous experience in a paraplanning role
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Organised, professional, and client-focused
- Comfortable working collaboratively with advisers
