A well-established and growing independent financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its professional and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who enjoys working closely with Financial Advisers, producing high-quality technical reports, and contributing to the delivery of outstanding client outcomes.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers throughout the full financial planning process — from research and analysis through to preparing compliant recommendations and suitability reports. You’ll work with a loyal client base across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning, ensuring every client receives a tailored, well-researched solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on clients’ existing financial arrangements.

• Prepare suitability reports and recommendations across pensions, investments, and protection.

• Support advisers with client meeting preparation and follow-up actions.

• Use financial planning tools to model scenarios and test recommendations.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure full compliance with FCA standards.

• Liaise with providers, clients, and colleagues to progress cases efficiently.

About You

• Experienced Paraplanner with strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and written communication skills.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple cases effectively.

• Comfortable using financial planning software and Microsoft Office.

• Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering a first-class service to clients.
