Responsibilities

Support Advisers with client-facing and technical paraplanning, including suitability reports, research, and financial analysis.

Conduct cashflow planning, product comparisons, and produce accurate illustrations using tools like Intelligent Office (IO) and Genovo.

Take ownership of client communication, preparing documentation and attending meetings when needed.

Collaborate with Administrators to ensure efficient processing of business submissions and policy tracking.

Engage in projects to improve systems and client journey processes.

Keep up to date with industry changes, compliance regulations, and internal quality standards.
Requirements

Experience in Paraplanning

Part-qualified (working towards Level 4 Diploma via CII, LIBF, or equivalent).

Strong grasp of financial products, platforms, and investment principles.

Excellent written communication and analytical skills.

Highly organised with attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.

Familiarity with IO and financial planning tools is desirable.

A genuine desire to develop into a senior or advisory position over time.
