An established and highly reputable wealth management firm is seeking a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Paraplanner to join its growing team. The Role:

As a Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers by producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports and assisting in the preparation of bespoke financial plans. This is a non-client-facing position that requires strong attention to detail, a solid technical understanding, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning

  • Conduct research and technical analysis to support recommendations

  • Liaise with advisers and administrators to ensure seamless client journeys

  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and contribute to process improvements

  • Maintain accurate records in line with FCA requirements

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential

  • Experience in a paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment

  • Strong understanding of investment, pension, and protection products

  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
