What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct in-depth client research to support review meetings.
- Draft clear, compliant suitability reports using structured templates.
- Prepare complex annual review letters and new business documentation.
- Use analytical tools like Defaqto/Centra and FEA Analytics for accurate fund and product analysis.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Planners, offering advanced technical support.
- Ensure meticulous adherence to processes and compliance standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience in a paraplanning or technical support role within a wealth management or IFA firm.
- Level 4 Diploma is a bonus but not essential – strong technical acumen and report writing skills are more important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with systems like Iress Xplan and/or Intelligent Office.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, taxation, and financial planning principles.
- Highly organised, analytical, and proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads independently.
