Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice via virtual consultations, tailored to diverse client needs.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships while providing a best-in-class end-to-end client experience.
- Liaise closely with the Mortgage Support Team to ensure seamless application processing.
- Maintain and expand your own network of introducers and referrers, contributing to business development efforts.
- Identify new opportunities and feed into the strategic growth of the mortgage and protection proposition.
- Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continued professional excellence.
Requirements
Essential:
- CeMAP or equivalent UK-recognised mortgage advice qualification.
- 3+ years of experience in whole-of-market mortgage advice, preferably in a wealth management or IFA setting.
- Proven success in managing complex cases and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, affordability calculations, and lender criteria.
- Confident communicator, with a consultative, client-first approach.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems and delivering results.
Desirable:
- Qualification and experience in protection advice (e.g. R05 or equivalent).
- Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth environments or early-stage firms.
- Experience presenting webinars, workshops, or client education sessions.
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, digital fact finds, and sourcing platforms.
Benefits
- Base Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
- Total Compensation: OTE £60,000 – £70,000 (includes bonus scheme)
- Work Style: Hybrid working with 2–3 days per week in the central London office (Farringdon)
