As an IFA Administrator, you will support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in delivering high-quality financial planning services to clients across pensions, investments, and wealth management.
You will be part of a professional administration team ensuring the smooth processing of client business and maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Administration
- Processing new business applications (pensions, investments, protection)
- Preparing valuations and policy updates
- Managing client documentation and records
- Liaising with Providers
- Communicating with pension and investment providers
- Tracking applications and managing correspondence
- Ensuring timely follow-ups and updates
- Handling client queries via phone and email
- Providing updates on investments and pensions
- Delivering excellent client service
- Report & Compliance Support
- Preparing documentation for advisers
- Supporting suitability report preparation
- Ensuring compliance standards are met
To be considered for this IFA Administrator job in Bristol, you will need:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Wealth Management Administrator
- Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products
- Experience working within a Financial Advisory or Wealth Management firm
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy financial services environment
