As part of their continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an IFA Administrator who is either experienced in, or has the aptitude to quickly become confident with, preparing annual review documentation for financial planning clients.

Responsibilities

Working as part of a high-performing administrative team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate and timely annual review packs for client meetings, including valuations, policy summaries, and performance data.

  • Liaising with product providers to obtain up-to-date client information.

  • Maintaining and updating client records in line with FCA compliance requirements.

  • Supporting paraplanners and advisers in delivering a seamless client experience.

  • Managing documentation, scanning, and ensuring all systems are updated post-meeting.

  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider advice process.


Requirements

  • Experience in an IFA / Wealth Management administrative role is desirable but not essential.

  • Ability to quickly learn and understand the requirements of annual review preparation.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.

  • Familiarity with financial platforms such as Intelliflo, provider portals, or CRM systems is advantageous.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
