Now entering its next phase of growth, the team is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist who will play a vital role in driving operational excellence and enhancing client experience from day one.

Salary up to £48,000 and hybrid working, typically 3 to 2 days a week in the office. 

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve key operational processes

  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively implement scalable solutions

  • Anticipate business and customer needs before they arise

  • Solve complex operational challenges with practical, client-first thinking

  • Support onboarding of new clients and relationship management

  • Be a trusted internal resource for operational queries and workflow clarity

  • Help drive the achievement of operational targets and KPIs

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all processes

  • Support or lead future team members as the business scales

  • Act as a culture ambassador, bringing fresh ideas and team energy

 

Requirements

  • Professional experience in financial services, financial planning, or wealth management firm 

  • Familiarity with financial planning or paraplanning advantageous

  • Strong interest in fintech and personal finance

  • Confident communicator, able to engage with clients and colleagues effectively

  • Proactive, creative thinker who improves processes—not just follows them

  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
