As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to take ownership of the annual review pack process – ensuring advisers are fully supported with accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for client meetings.
Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities
- As a Senior IFA Administrator, your focus will be the preparation of detailed, FCA-compliant annual review packs that reflect each client’s financial journey and investment strategy. Duties include:
- Annual Review Pack Preparation
- Gather up-to-date client information from back-office systems
- Compile valuations for pensions, ISAs, bonds, and investment portfolios
- Produce consolidated summaries of current holdings, fund performance, and risk-adjusted returns
- Prepare visualised reports comparing performance vs benchmarks and risk profiles
- Include required compliance documents
- Customise each review pack to reflect individual goals and preferences
- Contact product providers and platforms for current valuations and missing data
- Reconcile discrepancies across provider statements and internal systems
- Adviser & Paraplanner Collaboration
- Work closely with Advisers to understand meeting objectives (e.g., retirement planning, IHT, investment strategy)
- Liaise with Paraplanners to collate suitability reports or recommendation summaries
Requirements
- Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial products
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable working to deadlines across multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of FCA compliance and financial services documentation
