Senior IFA Administrator – Annual Review Pack Specialist | Wealth Management

As part of their continued growth, they’re seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to take ownership of the annual review pack process – ensuring advisers are fully supported with accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for client meetings.

Hybrid – 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Flexible/Hybrid working available for experienced candidates

 

Responsibilities

  • As a Senior IFA Administrator, your focus will be the preparation of detailed, FCA-compliant annual review packs that reflect each client’s financial journey and investment strategy. Duties include:
  • Annual Review Pack Preparation
  • Gather up-to-date client information from back-office systems
  • Compile valuations for pensions, ISAs, bonds, and investment portfolios
  • Produce consolidated summaries of current holdings, fund performance, and risk-adjusted returns
  • Prepare visualised reports comparing performance vs benchmarks and risk profiles
  • Include required compliance documents
  • Customise each review pack to reflect individual goals and preferences
  • Contact product providers and platforms for current valuations and missing data
  • Reconcile discrepancies across provider statements and internal systems
  • Adviser & Paraplanner Collaboration
  • Work closely with Advisers to understand meeting objectives (e.g., retirement planning, IHT, investment strategy)
  • Liaise with Paraplanners to collate suitability reports or recommendation summaries

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an IFA or wealth management environment
  • Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and financial products
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Comfortable working to deadlines across multiple client accounts
  • Knowledge of FCA compliance and financial services documentation
