Seniority Level: Experienced Administrator (Career Progression Path)
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Exam Sponsorship + Bonus
The successful candidate will begin in a senior administration role with a clear, structured path toward becoming a fully qualified and client-facing Financial Adviser within 3 to 4 years. Full study support, mentorship, and real-world exposure are provided throughout the journey. Responsibilities
In the initial phase, the role will focus on:
Producing accurate and timely client reports, including suitability letters
Preparing and managing client review packs and follow-up actions
Processing new business and liaising with providers and platforms
Maintaining up-to-date and compliant records in systems such as Intelligent Office
Assisting paraplanners and supporting advisers with research tasks
Attending client meetings and gradually developing into an adviser role
Requirements
Experience in an IFA or wealth management support role
Working knowledge of FE Analytics and other financial planning tools
Solid understanding of FCA regulations and advice processes
Actively working toward or willing to undertake the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or LIBF)
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced business environment
