About the Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will provide vital support to financial advisers and paraplanners, ensuring high levels of service and efficiency for a growing client base. You will be responsible for managing client administration and assisting with a wide range of financial planning activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection

  • Managing annual review packs and client correspondence

  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems (e.g. Intelligent Office / Adviser Office / similar)

  • Liaising with product providers, clients, and professional connections to obtain information and resolve queries

  • Supporting paraplanners and advisers with valuations, illustrations, and documentation


About You

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, or in a similar financial services support role

  • Good knowledge of pensions, investments, protection, and financial planning processes

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident in using back-office systems and Microsoft Office applications

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent client service
