About the Role

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to deliver outstanding service to clients. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and proactive approach will help ensure the smooth running of client administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and other financial products

  • Managing client reviews and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

  • Maintaining and updating client records on the back-office system (e.g. Intelligent Office, Adviser Office or similar)

  • Liaising with product providers, clients, and third parties to obtain information and resolve queries

  • Supporting advisers and paraplanners with research, valuations, and documentation


What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator, Financial Planning Administrator, or in a similar role within wealth management, IFA, or financial services

  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products

  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills

  • Confident user of back-office systems and Microsoft Office

  • A team player with a client-focused attitude


Salary and Benefits
