Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, estate planning, and tax strategies
- Manage an existing book of clients, with a strong focus on relationship management and continuity
- Handle qualified, inbound leads (typically 25+ per month), with full marketing and administrative support
- Build client trust through long-term engagement, not transactional advice
- Collaborate with paraplanners and administrators to deliver a smooth and compliant client experience
- Keep up to date with FCA regulations, market changes, and financial planning best practice
- Contribute to a team-based culture focused on shared goals and collective success
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or Financial Planner in a client-facing capacity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident in delivering advice across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient planning
- Comfortable using financial planning software and digital tools
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or equivalent) required
- Advanced qualifications (e.g. CFP, Chartered) welcomed but not essential
