Responsibilities

As a Financial Planner, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing holistic financial planning to HNW and UHNW clients, including advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning

  • Conducting detailed fact finds and designing bespoke financial strategies

  • Building long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and exceptional client service

  • Leveraging introductions to existing clients and new lead referrals to grow your client base

  • Collaborating closely with in-house paraplanners and administrative support to ensure smooth client journeys

  • Remaining up to date with regulatory changes and maintaining compliance standards


Requirements

Essential:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent)

  • Demonstrable experience within an IFA or wealth management environment

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a relationship-first approach

  • Ability to manage and convert warm introductions and leads
