Responsibilities
As a Financial Planner, you’ll be responsible for:

Providing holistic financial planning to HNW and UHNW clients, including advice on pensions, investments, tax planning, and estate planning

Conducting detailed fact finds and designing bespoke financial strategies

Building long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and exceptional client service

Leveraging introductions to existing clients and new lead referrals to grow your client base

Collaborating closely with in-house paraplanners and administrative support to ensure smooth client journeys

Remaining up to date with regulatory changes and maintaining compliance standards
Requirements
Essential:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI or equivalent)

Demonstrable experience within an IFA or wealth management environment

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a relationship-first approach

Ability to manage and convert warm introductions and leads
