With an existing book of c.£60M AUM, full lead generation support, and professional introducers already in place, we’re seeking an experienced Financial Planner to provide holistic advice and grow long-term client relationships.

Remote with face-to-face and virtual client meetings in Leicester and surrounding areas
Full support team and compliance infrastructure in place
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: Up to £65,000
- Bonus Potential: OTE up to £100,000

Responsibilities
- Provide holistic financial advice to existing and new clients across pensions, investments, and estate planning
- Service and grow an inherited client book of approx. £60 million AUM
- Conduct remote and occasional in-person meetings with clients in the Leicester area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional introducers
- Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and FCA guidelines
- Collaborate with paraplanners, administrators, and the wider team to deliver an outstanding client experience
Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential
- Experience as a Financial Adviser / Planner
- Strong knowledge in pensions, investments, and estate planning
- Comfortable managing HNW individuals and working with professional introducers
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- CAS status and FCA registered preferred
