Financial Planner – Remote | Leicester-Based Clients | £65K + Bonus to £100K | £60M Existing Book

With an existing book of c.£60M AUM, full lead generation support, and professional introducers already in place, we’re seeking an experienced Financial Planner to provide holistic advice and grow long-term client relationships.

You’ll be joining a firm that prioritises client care, integrity, and a collaborative culture. This is a prime opportunity for a driven adviser looking for flexibility, stability, and growth – without the pressure of cold prospecting.

Remote with face-to-face and virtual client meetings in Leicester and surrounding areas

Full support team and compliance infrastructure in place

 

Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to £65,000
  • Bonus Potential: OTE up to £100,000

Business Development Support: Full lead generation and professional introducer network provided

Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic financial advice to existing and new clients across pensions, investments, and estate planning
  • Service and grow an inherited client book of approx. £60 million AUM
  • Conduct remote and occasional in-person meetings with clients in the Leicester area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional introducers
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, ethics, and FCA guidelines
  • Collaborate with paraplanners, administrators, and the wider team to deliver an outstanding client experience

Requirements

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential
  • Experience as a Financial Adviser / Planner
  • Strong knowledge in pensions, investments, and estate planning
  • Comfortable managing HNW individuals and working with professional introducers
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • CAS status and FCA registered preferred
