Financial Planner – Pre-Qualified Clients Provided | £100k+ Earnings | Independent Advice
Shrewsbury | £50k–£70k Base + £8k Car Allowance + Bonus
This is a role for an adviser who wants to spend their time in front of clients — not sourcing leads or dealing with admin.
You’ll join a firm that has built a model around providing advisers with consistent, qualified client opportunities, backed by full support.
You will:
- Receive 10–15 booked client meetings per month
- Work with clients who already have assets and intent to proceed
- Inherit an initial bank of 30–40 clients, with further clients introduced over time
- Be supported by dedicated paraplanning and admin, with suitability reports written for you
The expectation is simple — meet clients, give advice, and convert business.
Clients typically hold between £200k and £2m+, with an average around £400k. Advice is delivered on a fully independent basis, giving you flexibility in how you structure recommendations.
The new business side is structured and consistent. With the volume and quality of appointments provided, advisers are typically converting between 1 in 2 and 1 in 3 meetings, allowing you to build revenue quickly.
The earning structure reflects that:
- Base salary of £50k, rising to £60k–£70k as you establish yourself
- £8k car allowance
- Bonus paid at 17% of revenue above £17k per month
- Realistic earnings of c.£90k in year one, rising to £100k–£110k+ in year two
- Longer-term potential to exceed £150k+
Support is fully in place. Each adviser has a dedicated paraplanner and admin support, meaning your time is focused on client work rather than report writing or processing.
They are looking for an adviser who can operate at this level:
- Minimum 3 years’ advising experience
- Level 4 qualified (Chartered preferred)
- Currently generating c.£150k+ annual revenue
- Comfortable advising clients with £500k+ investable assets
- Strong in client meetings and able to convert opportunities
The business is stable, established, and has a strong track record of retaining its advisers. Roles like this don’t come up often because people tend to stay.
