Responsibilities
The successful IFA will be responsible for delivering holistic financial advice tailored to individual client needs. Duties include:

Conducting the Six-Stage Advice Process to ensure compliant, client-focused outcomes

Reviewing clients’ evolving financial goals and updating plans accordingly

Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients as well as professional introducers

Utilising marketing tools and social media to generate leads and build personal brand awareness

Delivering detailed financial reviews including pensions, investments, protection, IHT planning, and more

Holding client meetings in-person, virtually (e.g. Microsoft Teams), or at client premises
-
Preparing compliant financial planning reports supported by a full back-office team (DIS, admin, paraplanning)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
Essential:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)

FCA-authorised and approved (CF30)

Strong communication and client relationship-building skills

Experience in business development, networking, and client acquisition

High standard of professional ethics and regulatory compliance

Competency in using IT platforms including virtual meeting software and CRM tools
