Salary up to £80,000 & potential to earn over £120,000 with a strong bonus system
Key Responsibilities
The successful Independent Financial Adviser will be responsible for delivering holistic, compliant, and client-focused financial advice. Core duties include:

Managing the Six-Stage Advice Process to ensure high-quality client outcomes

Reviewing and updating client financial plans in line with changing objectives

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional introducers

Leveraging the firm’s digital marketing and lead generation systems to attract new clients and build personal brand awareness

Conducting comprehensive reviews across pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax (IHT), and estate planning
-
Holding meetings in person, virtually (e.g. Microsoft Teams), or at client premises

Preparing detailed and compliant financial planning reports, supported by in-house administration, paraplanning team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering first-class financial advice.
Essential requirements:

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent qualification)

FCA-authorised and approved (CF30)

Proven experience in financial advice, client relationship management, and business development

Strong ethical standards and full regulatory compliance

Proficiency with IT systems, CRM software, and virtual meeting platforms
