Financial Adviser – Established Client Bank

Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + Benefits

Ortus PSR is working with an established Independent Financial Planning firm in Hampshire looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser.
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit, independent business with an existing client bank ready to be serviced, a consistent flow of new enquiries and a genuine focus on delivering high-quality financial advice rather than chasing sales targets.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for servicing an established portfolio of clients, conducting annual reviews and building long-term relationships, while also advising new clients introduced through the business.
The majority of your time will be spent working with existing clients, although there is plenty of opportunity to develop new relationships through referrals and enquiries generated by the firm.
You'll benefit from administration, client relationship management and paraplanning support, allowing you to concentrate on delivering advice.
Performance is measured primarily through client outcomes, service quality and professional standards rather than revenue targets.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum five years' experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Chartered status advantageous but not essential.
- Experience servicing and developing client relationships.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a smaller team.
