£65,000 to £80,000 plus a 25% bonus on revenue above validation, and around £100,000 of ongoing income to inherit from day one.

THE OPPORTUNITY
- Clients to inherit
- Referral flow from the accountancy partners, which you will grow by building strong relationships
- Existing advisers are typically generating £500,000 to £750,000 in annual revenue
- Full back office support Parplanners and Administrators

PACKAGE
- Salary of £65,000 to £80,000, depending on experience, qualifications and track record
- Bonus scheme paying 25% of revenue generated above validation
- 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five days each year
