Financial Adviser – High-Growth Wealth Firm | London | £80K + Bonus

A fast-growing, award-winning wealth management firm is offering a rare opportunity to join their expanding team at a pivotal moment. Founded in 2024 with a mission to make high-quality financial planning more accessible, the firm has already onboarded over 50 clients and manages £40 million in AUM.

With robust lead generation systems, a strong referral network, and a Founder/CEO actively generating new business, this role is ideal for an ambitious adviser eager to partner with leadership to shape and grow a thriving client bank.


Location & Work Type

  • Location: Central London

  • Work Type: Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 day from home

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Seniority: Mid to Senior Level


Responsibilities

  • Lead client meetings and onboarding sessions

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO to grow and manage the client portfolio

  • Deliver tailored, holistic financial advice to HNW and UHNW individuals

  • Conduct comprehensive fact-finding and financial needs analysis

  • Develop bespoke plans covering pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning

  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards

  • Contribute to marketing, networking, and business development efforts


 Requirements

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

  • Working towards or already holding Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6)

  • Experience advising HNW clients within wealth management or IFA environments

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Comfortable in both collaborative and independent work settings

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning tools preferred
