Financial Adviser / Wealth Manager – City of London | Hybrid | Up to £130,000 + 50% Bonus + Equity
Salary: Up to £130,000 base (DOE) + 50% bonus on new AUM + 10% discretionary annual bonus + share options
Working pattern: Hybrid — 2 days per week in the office
We are working with a boutique wealth management firm based in the City of London to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser or Wealth Manager on a permanent, hybrid basis.
This is a rare opening at a firm that combines the personalised service of a boutique with the full infrastructure of a larger organisation — in-house discretionary investment management, dedicated paraplanners, compliance professionals, marketing support, and warm inbound leads. The role suits an experienced adviser looking for a long-term platform to build and grow a scalable client book — whether you bring an existing portfolio to port or want to grow through the firm's lead generation and referral network.
