£70,000–£85,000 base salary + Car allowance (OTE £100k+, Year 3 £120k+)

Your Role
- Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients—virtually and in person
- Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable plans that drive outcomes
- Expand your client base via referrals, introducers, and business development support
- Stay on top of regulatory changes, product innovation, and client opportunities
About You
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and active CF30 status
- Proven track record of delivering advice in a client-focused, compliant manner
- Commercially astute with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confident using digital tools and hybrid engagement strategies
- Comfortable working with HNW clients including professionals, business owners, and retirees
