This is a fantastic opportunity for a developing Independent Financial Adviser who has not long achieved Cass to take the next step. A retiring adviser is handing over a loyal, well-cared-for client bank—providing the perfect platform for a junior IFA to thrive. Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 base salary (depending on experience)

The successful candidate will inherit existing clients and focus on growing the portfolio organically by delivering proactive, personalised financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide regulated advice across pensions, ISAs, GIAs, protection, and retirement planning

Maintain and deepen relationships with inherited clients through regular reviews

Identify financial planning opportunities and ensure compliance with FCA standards

Work closely with paraplanners, CRMs, and operational staff to streamline advice delivery

Contribute to portfolio growth through client referrals and upscaling strategies

 

About You

Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – essential

Around 2–5 years’ experience in a client-facing advice role

Confident communicator with a people-first mindset

Keen to develop and grow a successful advice career with guidance and support

Strong understanding of personal financial products and planning strategies
