We’re looking for a qualified Financial Planner who’s ready to take ownership of an active portfolio of clients (c.100 households with ~£40m AUM), while being fully supported to grow their own business pipeline – without rigid validation targets or micromanagement.
Base salary: £60,000 – £80,000
Annual bonus: £10,000 – £22,000 (discretionary, advice-fee linked)

What We're Looking For:
- Level 4 qualified (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent)
- Experience in a client-facing advisory role
- Proven ability to deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments & protection
- Commercially minded with a relationship-first approach to advice
- Confident communicator with natural credibility and presence
- Familiarity with Intelligent Office (IO) is a bonus
- Flexible mindset and willingness to travel to meet clients
