Salary up to £120,000 + Bonus | Bring Your Clients | Full Paraplanning & Admin Support | Quality Leads Provided

Are you a self-employed or independent Financial Adviser feeling the weight of going it alone? Ready to swap isolation for integration — without compromising your client relationships or earnings?

This is your opportunity to join a well-established wealth management firm that offers the best of both worlds: the autonomy to port across your existing clients, and the infrastructure, leads, and team culture to help you thrive.

Why This Role is Different:

  • Generous Salary – Up to £120,000 basic, with bonus potential pushing total earnings well into six figures.

  • Bring Your Book, Keep Your Relationships – Seamlessly transition your current clients into a supported environment, ensuring continuity and trust.

  • Warm Leads Provided – Access a steady flow of high-quality referrals from professional introducers including accountants and insurance brokers.

  • Full Back-Office Support – Dedicated paraplanning, compliance, and admin teams allow you to focus on advice, not paperwork.

  • Be Part of a Real Team – Collaborate with like-minded advisers in a professional, values-driven environment where support and success go hand-in-hand.

  • Long-Term Growth – Structured opportunities to grow your client base, increase earnings, and develop professionally within a respected firm.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Advising a combination of existing clients (your own and those inherited) across investments, pensions, protection, and tax-efficient planning.

  • Developing new client relationships from qualified introductions and professional partnerships.

  • Delivering tailored, compliant financial advice with the support of an in-house operations team.

  • Contributing to a collaborative adviser team that values integrity, results, and client-first thinking.

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)

  • A portable client base and a proven track record of delivering financial advice

  • A desire to join a supportive, team-focused business environment

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

If you’re currently operating solo and want the security, support, and camaraderie of a high-performing team — without giving up your independence — this is the move for you.
