- Existing Client Bank – Inherit a portfolio of engaged, mass-affluent clients, each with an average of £250k+ in investable assets. This ensures your financial adviser salary is validated up to 80% from day one, making it a smooth transition into a profitable book.
- Low Validation & High Rewards – Validation set at just 2.75x your basic salary + £400 car allowance, with:
- 30% commission on all recurring and new business written above validation and 15% paid on business under validation
- Self-generated business bonus incentives ranging from £500–£10,000, based on assets under management (AUM)

- Provide advice in line with FCA regulations and internal quality benchmarks
