Experienced Financial Adviser – Inherit & Grow a £40M Client Bank

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking to focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes – without the pressure of building a client base from scratch in an employed role?

An established and highly respected financial planning firm is offering a unique opportunity for a talented Financial Adviser to take over and develop an existing portfolio of High Net Worth clients with an approximate £40 million in Assets Under Management (AUM).

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits (earning potential £100,000)

Location: Client bank across Wiltshire, office is based in Swindon

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on meaningful client interaction and wants to be supported by a dedicated back-office team, enabling them to spend more time advising and less time on admin.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver Lifestyle Financial Planning to an established HNW client base
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through regular review meetings
  • Use cashflow planning tools to help clients achieve their financial goals
  • Identify opportunities for business growth via referrals or existing network
  • Collaborate with admin and paraplanning teams to ensure high-quality service delivery

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CAS status required)
  • Experience advising clients, ideally HNW individuals
  • Confident in holistic planning
  • Skilled in using cashflow modelling software
  • Professional, personable, and committed to long-term client care
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior colleagues
