Job Title: Independent Financial Adviser – Employed | Fully Remote | OTE £65,000+
Overview
We’re offering an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Financial Adviser to step into a fully employed, fully remote role, inheriting a loyal and diverse client bank across South Wales. With £38m in AUM, approximately £170k in recurring income, and around 200 clients, this is a well-established book that blends mass affluent and HNW individuals, all aligned with our streamlined virtual servicing model. You’ll be supported by two existing regional advisers during a structured handover, ensuring client continuity and a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of an existing client bank with varied financial planning needs

Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning

Conduct regular client reviews via video or phone under our virtual service strategy

Identify opportunities for new business within the client base (approx. £25k of new initial fees in the past 12 months)

Maintain high standards of compliance and service in line with FCA expectations

Work closely with our paraplanning and admin teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For

Diploma Level 4 qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a regulated advisory role

Confident operating remotely and maintaining strong client relationships

Ethical, proactive, and client-focused with excellent communication skills

Familiarity with financial planning software, CRM systems, and digital tools
Year 1 Earnings and Package

Year 1 OTE: £65,000+

Basic salary plus production bonus (15%) on all income generated

£300 monthly car allowance

Mileage reimbursement for any client visits

Laptop and company mobile phone provided

Paid Christmas shutdown (typically 3 working days, not deducted from holiday)
