As a Financial Planner, you’ll become a key member of the advisory team, delivering holistic financial advice that’s truly in the client’s best interests. The firm takes pride in providing a comprehensive, lifestyle-based planning service — backed by professional paraplanning and admin support to free up your time to focus on clients.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Meeting clients to assess their current circumstances, financial goals, and risk profile
  • Producing tailored financial plans and investment strategies
  • Collaborating with the support team on cashflow modelling and suitability reports
  • Keeping abreast of product developments and regulatory updates
  • Representing the firm’s planning and investment philosophy with clarity and integrity
  • Identifying opportunities for business development through referrals and client engagement
  • Maintaining CPD and Level 4 Diploma qualifications (essential)
  • You’ll be confident in building rapport with clients and thrive in a team that values both autonomy and collaboration. FCA-compliant advice and professionalism are a must.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Previous experience in an IFA or Wealth Management environment
  • Strong communication skills and ethical approach to advice
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
