Location: Coventry | Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 + Bonus | Warm Client Portfolio + Qualified Leads | Hybrid Working

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients virtually and in person to understand their financial goals
  • Deliver holistic, compliant advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
  • Follow up on qualified leads and maintain ongoing relationships with your allocated client base
  • Prepare and present financial recommendations under supervision as needed
  • Collaborate with paraplanners and compliance teams to ensure advice quality and governance
  • Stay informed of market developments and regulatory changes to support informed advice delivery

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
  • Experience in a paraplanner with client-facing experience, trainee adviser
  • A genuine desire to progress into a client-facing advice role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
