Ideal Candidate Profile
This position is perfect for an individual who:

Is currently engaged in fund research, manager due diligence, or selection across asset classes.

Has a strong desire to transition into a portfolio construction and asset allocation role.

Significant progress towards investment qualifications (CII or CISI Level 4 essential; CFA progression advantageous).

investment experience and a solid understanding of macroeconomic trends and how they impact different asset classes.

Possesses excellent communication skills and enjoys collaborating with internal teams and engaging with clients where required.
Key Responsibilities

Construct and manage portfolios in line with agreed investment mandates and risk profiles.

Conduct ongoing qualitative and quantitative fund research to inform buy list decisions.

Produce reports and actively participate in quarterly Investment Committee meetings.

Liaise with private client and corporate benefits teams, supporting portfolio explanations and client communications.

Contribute to investment commentary, market updates, and strategic communications shared with clients and internal stakeholders.
Location, Salary & Benefits

Location: Hybrid model with two days per week in the London office; flexibility for remote work included.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), with flexibility during peak periods.
