Responsibilities:
- Assist the Paraplanners in managing the administrative aspects of the role, ensuring efficient workflow and client support.
- Gather and analyse client data to facilitate the creation of accurate financial plans and investment strategies.
- Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Collaborate with the Paraplanners to create clear and concise reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Conduct research on various financial products and solutions to assist in identifying suitable recommendations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Financial Services Administrator / IFA Administrator, demonstrating a solid understanding of financial services operations.
