Salary: Starting at £23,000 base salary, with additional bonus of £5 per appointment booked

Our client, a prominent Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), is seeking a motivated Telemarketer / Appointment Scheduler to join their team in Chorley, Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise provided warm leads from a joint venture with the UK's 2nd largest umbrella company.
- Contact IR35 contractors via phone, building rapport and scheduling appointments.
- Aim to book 5-10 appointments per day to maximise outreach and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments booked.
- Collaborate with the Advisers to ensure seamless handover of appointments.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in outbound client contacting or telemarketing.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet daily appointment booking targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in working remotely and managing own workload effectively.
