On offer is a challenging role with a clear career path to a Management position working directly with the Managing Director, where you can contribute to the growth and success of the organisation. You will play a key role in checking other Paraplanners work and reviewing Associate Advisers work to ensure that they have covered the big picture with their clients. You will also be involved in training and developing Associate Paraplanners to ensure that the firm continues to grow and the team have the capacity to take on more complex work.
The Technical Paraplanner salary band is £45,000 - £50,000 with bonus and Benefits as well as flexible working
Responsibilities:
- Utilise your extensive technical knowledge to provide expert support in the development and implementation of financial planning strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisers and clients to prepare accurate and tailored financial plans and reports.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues, providing training and support to help them enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of paraplanning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar role, demonstrating advanced technical skills in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, tax planning, retirement planning, and insurance.
- Proficiency in using financial planning software and tools.
