Role Overview:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and administrative support to the Financial Planners. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role offering a competitive salary and a fantastic staff benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level technical and administrative support to Financial Planners.
- Work closely with the team to achieve client objectives.
- Support trainee paraplanners in their development.
- Ensure completeness of client files with required documentation.
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, updating client files.
- Compile clear and comprehensive reports and suitability letters.
- Process applications accurately and maintain necessary records.
- Liaise with Admin and third parties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
