Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Efficiently coordinate client appointments, meetings, and reviews for the Senior Partner.
- Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with insurance companies, investment providers, and other third parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Precise Administration: Handle client documentation meticulously, maintaining compliance with FCA regulations.
- Technical Support: Provide high-quality analytical assistance, including suitability report writing and client annual review preparation.
- Onboarding: Accurately process new client applications and manage all associated paperwork.
- Tax Year Planning: Assist with end-of-year tax planning using sophisticated platform tools.
- Financial Modeling: Create and update cash flow models using Voyant, and conduct performance analysis with FE Analytics.
- Business Development: Support marketing initiatives to grow the business and enhance client engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in writing suitability reports and delivering high-level administrative support.
- Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and insurance bonds.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a professional ethic.
