About the Role:
An esteemed accounting and legal firm is seeking a dedicated individual to join their financial planning team. This role offers an opportunity to support a team of financial planners across various functions, from new business production to ongoing client care. You will play a crucial role in the firm's operations and client service efforts and the role offers a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct portfolio valuations and reviews.
- Perform financial planning research using specialized software.
- Prepare compliant client reports, initially under supervision and eventually independently.
- Manage correspondence with clients and providers.
- Provide technical assistance and training to administrative staff.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Intelliflo Office.
- Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to take initiative.
- RO qualifications or willingness to pursue them preferred.
